The Advanced Vision & Intelligent Systems (AVIS) Research Group is based in the Department of Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Dhaka. We work at the intersection of computer vision, deep learning, and robotics, building AI systems that can see, reason, and act in the real world. We design and deploy AI-driven solutions across a broad spectrum, from UAV-based navigation and robotic visual servoing to precision agriculture and Industry 4.0 automation, with an unwavering commitment to translating fundamental research into real-world impact.
