Gobinda Chandra Sarker is currently a Research Assistant and PhD student at the University at Albany, SUNY, NY, USA. His current research focuses on non-stationarity in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
Previously, he completed his MSc in Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Dhaka, and worked as a Research Assistant at the AVIS Lab under the supervision of Dr. Mehedi Hasan.
